Syrah / Sauvignon Blanc • 2023
A fresh light red made from a blend of two-thirds Syrah and one-third Sauvignon Blanc. After a five-day whole-bunch maceration, the wine underwent a brief élevage in stainless steel, preserving its lively character. The result is a beautifully balanced expression that straddles the line between light red and rosé. Expect dark berries, pepper, and a touch of violet from the Syrah, complemented by an herbaceous lift from the Sauvignon Blanc.
