2021 was a wet, challenging vintage in Lorraine causing Stephane to pick his parcels early to combat disease pressure. The fruit saw a short, 8 day maceration before elevage in fibreglass. Tart, crunchy fruit with a fine tannin that shows great elegance. Although drinking well now, this wine will reveal more of its layers for those willing to cellar.
