A co-fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, from terraced vines situated on sandy, granitic soils. Fruit undergoes a one-week maceration as whole bunches before de-stemming for a further two-week, gentle maceration. After pressing, the wine is moved to small amphora for a year’s élevage. A soft-fruited and charming wine whose vertical acidity and lift bring a great deal of pleasure to its finely detailed palate.
