A blend of Chenin from two parcels, one of younger vines planted on sand and the other from more mature vines with more quartz in the soil. The grapes were directly pressed and the wine aged in cuve for 7 months. An elegant rendition of the grape, with pleasing acidity and a palate of citrus and minerals.
