A blend of mostly Grolleau with 20% Pinot Noir and just 10% of Chenin Blanc. The grapes were fermented separately before combining saignée and direct press juice for elevage. Delightfully light at 8.5%, this crisp and refreshing rosé shows plenty of pretty red fruit with just the right amount of acidity to balance.
