A particularly bouyant, energised rosé pet nat made from 100% cabernet franc planted on the emblematic clay-tuffeau soils of Saumur. Whole bunches spent 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks undergoing a carbonic maceration, with free run juice bled off and re-blended after pressing. The wine was bottled before its secondary fermentation and spent 3 years on its lees. Non-disgorged, ripe and generous in its pink fruit and just-rounded texture. It has a persistent perlant bubble that lifts the palate and harmoniously links generosity of fruit with freshness and acidity.
