Hailing from the 70 year old parcel, Koki represents a deeper, more animal expression of cabernet franc from this domaine. The grapes underwent 10 days of carbonic maceration followed by a week of pigeage before two years of fermentation and élevage in fibreglass tanks. A wine of intrigue and great cellaring potential, with elegance and rusticity in fascinating balance.
