Petit Courbu with a small amount of Petit Manseng, harvested from the vines of Céline Oulié (Clos des Mets d’Âmes) in Madiran. The grapes saw two days of maceration before fermentation and élevage in cuve. This one-off cuvée pairs soft ripe fruits and its supple structure to great effect. Drinking well now this will only continue to improve with time in the cellar.
