Jean-Louis Pinto is one of France’s most original micro-négociants. His stellar reputation in the natural wine world has been secured over the past decade with his ever-changing production created from his cellar beneath the family home in Limoux. With an uncompromising dedication to sourcing and vinification, Jean-Louis meticulously harvests grapes from selected organic and biodynamic vineyards across the diverse terroirs of Languedoc. Each vineyard, carefully chosen for its characteristic terroir, contributes to the kaleidoscopic range of wines that Jean-Louis is celebrated for.

In the cellar, he embraces a philosophy of intuition-led vinification. His approach is less about rigid methodology and more about harnessing his deep understanding of the land and the grapes.
