Jura! A Tasting At Bright

Next Monday 17th August, we are back at Bright pouring all our new arrivals from Jura!

For us, this small region in Eastern France is unique - with a patchwork of soil types, rolling hills and elevation it has the ideal conditions for wines of incredible variety and character. Add to this some of the most talented and hard-working winemakers in the country it really does stand out as one of our favourite regions.

With 2018 being a warmer than average vintage, fermentations were slow, but now the wines are finished we see a level of complexity and structure in both the whites and reds that makes for extremely exciting drinking.

We will have open all the new cuvées from Domaine de la Loue and Ratapoil, as well as a brand new producer to the portfolio.

If the weather holds up we will be set up outside, and as before will be allocating time slots to give everyone a good amount of space and time to taste.
