From perhaps the best-protected vineyard on the property, the Grenache du Bois Saint Jaume parcel finds itself surrounded on three sides by forest, situated at a higher altitude and with sandier soils than the rest of the property. The wine spends its élevage in a large foudre and offers a decidedly elegant texture and balance, with just a touch of ripeness and generosity around the sides. Superbly poised and harmonious.
