Grenache Noir / Carignan / Syrah • 2022
A blend from their younger vines planted on calcareous soils in northern Corbières. The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated for three weeks in concrete, pressed, and then aged in cuve until the following spring. It shows a plenty of sun-ripened dark fruit alongside a fresh herbaceous character - lithe while still possessing ample concentration and depth. A sure-fire crowd pleaser.
