From their younger vines planted on calcareous soil in northern Corbieres. The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated for three weeks in concrete, pressed and aged in cuve until the following spring. A terrific value everyday wine that is bursting with dark plummy fruit, an easy texture with just a touch of tannin.
