From vines planted on the hills above the plateaued vineyards that make up the Cyprès de Toi cuvée. After a short maceration the wine undergoes élevage in cement, allowing a fruit-forward charm to lead the palate. With just a slight crunch of green texture, there’s great balance and approachability to be found here.
