An infusion-style maceration using whole bunches of Carignan submerged in direct-press Grenache Noir juice for about a week. The ruby-coloured juice rests in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. The finished wine is fresh and juicy with a lightly floral nose and bright red fruits. Delightfully light and playful, it could be drunk cold as a chilled red or a dark rosé.
