From vines grown on the schist soils of Saint Chinian. After a 28-day whole bunch maceration, Jean-Louis pressed off the fruit and transferred the juice into sandstone egg for its final élevage. With its delicate structure and fine purple fruits, Cinsauriel shows a linear composition and a welcome lift of high-toned acidity.
