The grapes were hand-harvested from vines in Conca de Barberà on dry clay and limestone soils. Vinification was a mix of semi-carbonic and infusion maceration techniques in fibreglass. The resulting wine is all tart red fruits, earth and spices, and has a pleasing lean frame holding it all together.
