Merlot / Tempranillo / Macabeo • 2022
A blend of Merlot, Trepat, Bobal, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Macabeo, and Parellada. Fermented separately and blended in fibreglass for élevage over several months. The resulting wine has a lively acid structure with vivid red fruits and a refreshing finish. Best with a chill!
