Coming from Raphael’s vines in Vadans planted on marl and limestone soils the grapes were macerated for three weeks before pressing. After barrel ageing for over a year, the resulting wine is structured and complex, showing a charming combination of citrus and soft pear. A unique wine exploring all the power of Jura Chardonnay with a delicate twist.
