Le Ratapoil Rouge

Trousseau/Poulsard/Chardonnay • 2022
A blend of many indigenous Jurassien varieties form a single parcel including Ploussard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir as well as a little Chardonnay and Savagnin. The grapes were all harvested together and then destemmed by hand before a short maceration and elevage in steel tank. Always one of our favourite cuvées, this vintage displays feathery soft red fruits alongside the smallest hint of tannin.
