The grapes were picked from very old vines in Chamoz in the north of Jura and then destemmed before a few weeks of maceration. The resulting wine is vibrant with ripe fruit and an elegantly structured finish. Only bottled in magnum and in small quantities, this is the first time this cuvée has made it to the UK. A perfect bottle to rest and open when the occasion calls.
