From some of Vincent’s oldest vines planted on sandy gravel soils, this Auxerrois undergoes a slow, direct press before being gravity-fed with its lees into 600L barrel for one year’s elevage. Still a young wine, there’s plenty of expressive orchard fruit and bright, radiant acidity to be had. A detailed mineral character speaks to the future of this wine, with layers and layers still to uncover. Only 750 bottles produced.
