Made from a blend of 60% Carignan and 40% Grenache noir sourced from the limestone terroirs of Opoul in Roussillon. Fruit undergoes a 3 day whole bunch maceration before a long, gentle pressing. A bright and open wine with crunchy red fruits at the fore pinned up by a pleasing freshness.
