60-year-old Grolleau vines and 30-year-old Gamay vines from the same parcel on clay and limestone soils. Picked at slightly different times and for this reason, vinified separately. Both were macerated in whole bunches for 20 days before being pressed into old barrels for a 13 month élevage, then blended together before bottling. Light and incredibly elegant, with a palate of wild berries, minerals and very gentle tannins.
