Gewurtztraminer / Riesling • NV
A blend of three parts Gewurztraminer to one part Riesling. The tank was filled with a mix of whole-bunch and de-stemmed fruit for a maceration of two and a half weeks and after a short élevage in stainless steel, the wine was bottled into litre bottles. A delightfully moreish blend of the two varieties with aromatic and rich fruit shining from the Gewurztraminer with lift and a pleasantly acid-forward finish from the Riesling.
