A new cuvée for us — the Gewurtz was macerated for 3 weeks in whole bunches before being pressed and combined with the directly pressed Riesling juice. The two were aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months before bottling. This is super lively and a joy to drink, lightly perfumed and fleshy on the palate. A litre isn’t enough!
