An elegant style of Chenin Blanc picked from 25-year-old parcels grown on schist soils. The fruit was directly pressed and then spent élevage in old barrels for a year and a half. A perfect balance of richness and acidity, the oak allows for ample complexity that unfolds in an alluringly long finish.
