A very special bottling that we are very lucky to have received as these never usually leave the brewery. Lambic beer brewed by 3 Fonteinen that was aged in Amontillado and Oloroso casks from Jerez. 3 Fonteinen source the barrels directly from the sherry producers so there is a clear influence on the finished beer. A much more complex palate which rides waves of salinity, nuttiness and has an incredibly long and complex finish. A real treat and only available in small amounts.
